Seba Trade Group offers a TWO YEAR, OVER THE COUNTER WARRANTY<\/b> on all lines, with the exception of tarps, canopies, air compressors and generators (to be covered separately). Accessories are not covered under this warranty. The warranty on accessories is 30 days.<\/b><\/p>\n
Dealers must attach original proof of purchase and a reason for the return<\/b>, to the product being returned. Product must be in original packaging with original parts and accessories. If customer brings back product missing parts, accessories or packaging, dealer should exchange only those components provided by the customer.<\/p>\n
Dealers should keep all returned product and notify their Rep. within 90<\/b> days of acceptance of returned item. Seba Trade Group must authorize all returns, and upon doing so, will arrange shipping for the returned product, back to our Port Coquitlam warehouse. Dealers will receive credit for returned product, once it has been received at Port Coquitlam Warehouse. Credit will be in the form of a credit note, which can be applied to outstanding invoices.<\/p>\n
Tarps and canopies are guaranteed to be free from defect at the time of opening package. Once used there is no warranty on either of these lines.<\/b><\/p>\n
